TERMS AND CONDITIONS TOUR DE RETRO<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • Participation in TOUR DE RETRO of Connecting Minds BV is entirely at your own risk.<\/li>\n
  • A proof of participation is only definitively valid if the (full) amount due in registration fee has been paid.<\/li>\n
  • The organization reserves the right to exclude participants of this tour who are guilty of misconduct towards
    fellow road users and other participants as well as non-compliance with the legal (traffic) rules.<\/li>\n
  • Participants can be excluded from further participation in the event of unauthorized behaviour, non-compliance with traffic rules and non-compliance with instructions from the police, traffic controllers and\/or organisation.<\/li>\n
  • Once you have registered, you can no longer cancel and there is no possibility of a refund of the registration fee.<\/li>\n
  • Participation in the tour and access to the aid stations on the route is only possible for registered participants. They are obliged to wear the handlebars clearly visible.<\/li>\n
  • Participation tickets are strictly personal and may not be transferred to third parties. The personal details on the participation certificate will not be changed by the organization under any circumstances.<\/li>\n
  • By accepting the handlebar sign, participants declare that they are sufficiently healthy to complete the tour and that they have a proper bicycle.<\/li>\n
  • Wearing a good bicycle helmet is mandatory during the entire tour.
    The nature of the event is not a competition, but a tourist performance tour.<\/li>\n
  • The participants must behave like all other road users and do not take an exceptional position. All traffic rules apply and must be respected.<\/li>\n
  • This also includes cycling side by side. This is allowed with a maximum of 2, provided this does not cause any nuisance.<\/li>\n
  • Participants respect other road users and residents.<\/li>\n
  • Participants respect nature and the environment and deposit waste (including banana peels) in the designated waste bins at the start, aid stations and finish.<\/li>\n
  • Participants are fully aware of all the risks associated with participation. Participants watch over their own safety and the safety of other road users.<\/li>\n
  • The use of follow vehicles is prohibited.<\/li>\n
  • The organization is in no way liable for accidents or damage or loss and\/or theft of personal items of the participant.<\/li>\n
  • Participants must immediately follow the instructions of the police and the organization.<\/li>\n
  • Participants can be excluded from further participation in the event of unauthorized behavior, non-compliance with traffic rules and non-compliance with instructions from the police and organization.<\/li>\n
  • Participants can appear on photo and video material used for promotional purposes and declare that they agree with this by participating.<\/li>
  • The discount coupon for retro-cycling.com is valid until June 25, 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • To have taken note of the (conduct) regulations and to comply with them.<\/li>\n
